Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
I don’t typically take custom orders or personalizing, but please feel free to message me and I can see what I can do!
Care instructions
IMPORTANT: Do not display ANY resin pieces in direct sunlight or expose them to extreme temperatures. If you need to store them, store them in a cool, dry place.
All of my items are handmade and should be treated with care. They are generally durable for everyday use, but please read the description of each item for specific care instructions. Also, feel free to send me any questions.
Wholesale availability
I do not have wholesale availability.
Is everything handmade?
Yes! Everything here is made by me using craft items.
Are your items safe for children?
Most of what I sell is not recommended for children under the age of 10. Some items have small parts or sharp edges that are not suitable for children.
Yellowed resin piece?
Resin gradually yellows over time, this is unavoidable as it is the nature of the material. Please be aware of this when purchasing a piece. That being said, it doesn't happen over night and it won't ruin your piece! But that is why it is important to store/display the pieces you buy in the way that is instructed in each of my packages.
Are your designs free to use?
No, absolutely not. I reserve all rights for my designs- they are all very special to me as I have put in the work to design and draw them. All of my designs are protected under copyright laws and if anyone is caught using my designs without my knowledge, they will get in trouble. That being said, if you ever have any questions about anything regarding my designs, please don't hesitate to ask!
Special circumstance: If I have a digital download of something I designed, chances are that IS free to use after you purchase and download it. Digital designs are yours to keep and use as many times as you want! Just read the description of my listings. :)
What do I do if I used the wrong address?
Message me immediately! I will change it on my end to the proper address. But please keep in mind, I ship fast, so email me as soon as possible. If I have already shipped your item, the issue is out of my hands, I’m sorry. Please contact the post office in the town that it was sent to and see if it can be sent to you. I am not responsible for any extra shipping or shipping charges to send it back to me. Thank you for your understanding.
