Frequently asked questions

My dog is between sizes. Should I size up or down?

When your dog is between sizes size down. Example: My dogs neck is measuring 18". Choose the 15" - 18" size collar because there will be a couple of inches it will adjust above 18".

Are you able to engrave the buckle with my dog's name and/or my contact information?

Unfortunately we do not have the equipment to be able to offer this feature right now.

Are your collars adjustable?

Absolutely! Our size chart will show you the range for each individual size, and the chart can be found on each listing in our shop.

When can I expect my order to be shipped?

All of our products are handmade specific to your order. Our CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME is 5 BUSINESS DAYS after order date, plus shipping time.

Why is there no option for adding a COUPON CODE at checkout?

For some reason there is a technical issue on Etsy's end with their app. They are aware and working on it. When you are purchasing from the Etsy app on your phone there won't be a place to enter your COUPON CODE. You will have to go to the checkout screen on your browser or your computer to enter the code.

Do you recycle?

We don't let any materials go to waste! One example is we recycle all scraps of fabric by giving them to organizations that use them to stuff dogs beds.

Are your collars ONLY fabric?

NO. Our collars are made with fabric covering nylon webbing.

Can I get an XSMALL collar with GOLD hardware?

Yes, now back in stock! GOLD option for XSMALL collars.

Care instructions

Not only have we kept your dog in mind, but we have kept your needs in mind. We know that dogs can get messy from time to time so we have designed our collars for easy cleaning. When you need to wash the collars hand-wash in cold water and lay flat on a towel to dry.
