Frequently asked questions

Sales Tax:

Etsy is now charging/collecting sales tax for all sales to many US states as well as the country of Australia. This is something that is being handled directly by Etsy, if you have questions about this please contact Etsy.

Returns and Refunds, please read:

Refunds are only eligible as follows:
1) If I make a mistake and send the wrong item to you (photos required).
2) If USPS loses your package during transit (30 days without any scan movement).

Returns are accepted as stated in shop policies:
1) Must be unused/unaltered AND full priced. No returns for sale items.
2) Contact me within 3 days (36 hours) of delivery.
3) All items must be returned (tracked and properly packaged) to me within 7 days at your expense.
4) After the item(s) are returned, I will refund the original item(s) cost. No shipping refunds.
5) Any loss of value will be deducted from the original price in your refund. Example of this would be breakage of something during return transit.

Shipping Info, please read:

The majority of the items in the shop are already made and ship very fast. Pre-order items state processing time frames in the item details. Please do not order if you can not wait for these to be made! I can not guarantee any delivery date estimate given by Etsy/USPS. PerEtsy's rules, I must only ship to the shipping address provided by you at checkout. If you are purchasing a gift, the shipping address is the address you want the gift sent to. If you provide the wrong address, I need to be contacted ASAP. If the order has not shipped, Etsy requires the order be canceled and reordered with the correct address. If the package has been shipped, we have to wait for it to be returned and shipping must be repaid by the customer. I ship USPS.

Do you accept custom orders?

Custom eye chip colors are welcome! I will also remake eye chips that have sold in the past, provided I have the supplies. These would be a prepaid custom order.

For doll clothing, I do not accept custom orders/commissions.

Sometimes I remake pieces in my shop provided I have all of the supplies on hand.

International Information, International Customers Please Read:

I ship only to countries in the drop down.

I do not ship to any EU countries.

I do not ship to proxy shippers. These orders will be cancelled.

Packages to Canada are sent via USPS. All other countries go from USPS to Ascendia and are exported with a secondary tracking number. All packages are fully tracked to delivery.

I do not refund anything in transit. The packages take as long as they take.

All addresses must be complete.

Any duty/tax required upon package arrival is the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the item prices and will be your responsibility.

I will not falsify dollar amounts or mark as a "gift" to avoid duty charges.

Customs delays are beyond the shop's control.

Fit of eye chips or garments


The dolls that each garment fits are given in the listing.

Eye chips

fits most Neo Blythe molds and all Byul dolls. These do not fit BL or EBL molds.

*Due to slight variations in eye mechanism holes you may need to adjust eye chip(s) by careful sanding around the periphery. This is sometimes unavoidable due to inconsistent manufacturing in/between the factories where the dolls are made. This is more frequent with recasts, however it can happen with authentic stock dolls also. If you are unwilling to do this, please do not order.

fits all Pullip models and Pullip family dolls, excluding Byul.

Please measure your dolls stock eye chips before ordering. I will not replace for free if you order the wrong size.

Discounts and Coupons

I rarely give discounts on Etsy. Please see our announcement section for info about our website!

Cancellation of orders by the shop

As a seller on Etsy, I reserve the right to refuse service or product to anyone for any reason.

Reasons I may do this include, but are not limited to:
-if I can’t make the product for some reason such as lack of supplies or factors beyond my control like family emergencies
-if the item(s) sell on another site first
-if I have had problems with the buyer either on/off Etsy before
-if the buyer is known as a potential scammer in the doll community
-if the buyer is a competitor that I have any reason to believe they are trying to gain proprietary information about my shop

In these situations, the buyer will be fully refunded with or without explanation depending on the circumstance.

Damaged items or stolen packages

If your items arrive damaged, please contact me immediately through the Etsy messaging system with photos of the packaging and damaged item(s). I must have this to file a claim and therefore refund or replace. No photos/report=no refund.

I will not refund if the package is delivered by the post office and then stolen from the place of delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to maintain a safe shipping destination for packages to be delivered to, as provided when placing an order. Mail theft is a crime and should be handled directly with your local post office and police department. You will need to contact and file the claims with the appropriate places. I will not do this for you in the event of theft.
