What materials do you print with?

We 3D print with PLA+ as it allows for more durability and flexibility in our products!

What is your process like?

Everything that we do derives from the use of CAD software - our favorite being Sketchbook and Fusion 360. Sketchbook lets us draw our designs out, then convert it over to Fusion 360. From there we can play with the dimensions and really make our ideas come to life! once we happy with it electronically, we can get it printed out!
Our laser cut and engraved designs use a very similar process, but there is no need to add dimension. Once the design is drawn out, it is converted then uploaded to the laser. We set our material in place and let the laser do it’s job!

Do you accept custom orders?

Absolutely! We love getting the chance to explore new ideas from our customers! We are always sure to give it our best when we have the opportunity!

How long does it take to ship my order?

We like to prepare and send out orders within 1-2 days of receiving them. This time does include weekends as well. So if you create an order on the weekend, we will be hard at work to make sure it gets out first thing Monday morning!

Shipping time is not included in our preparation time of 1-2 days, and will vary depending on the mail class you select at checkout, as well as your location and current reliability of the USPS. They do get particularly busy during winter due to the major holiday season, so please consider this and know that last minute orders may take longer to ship than normal depending on the volume of mail USPS is taking on.
