We want you to love your purchase and we will make every effort to get all products to you in a timely manor. But because we specialize in custom made-to-order items, it is important that all customers understand our polices and procedures BEFORE they make a purchase. All payments will be processed through PayPal.

As soon as your payment has cleared, your item(s) will be added to the production list.

It is important that you contact us about a cancellation AS SOON AS POSSIBLE because once your item goes into production and fabric is cut (usually within 12-24 hours)...we will no longer be able to cancel or refund your money.
As stated above, ALL of our items are custom made-to-order, which means that your item will not be ready on the day of purchase (unless otherwise noted). Once your payment has cleared, your items will be added to our production list. Our production list is organized by purchase date and there are no exceptions (meaning we do not offer RUSH on any of our items). We will be able to give you a better indication of your ship date once your purchase has been added to the list. You will receive this information in your confirmation e-mail.

In general, you can expect your order to ship within 2-3 weeks (starting from the date your payment is received), however, the majority of our items ship within 1-2 weeks. We will make every effort to ship your item sooner if possible.

For Digital PDF purchases, you can expect to receive your file via e-mail within 12-24 hours.

If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us BEFORE purchasing your item so that we can guarantee a ship date.


All items are shipped Priority or First Class through the United States Postal Service. Any claims for damage acquired through shipping must be filed with the USPS.
Refunds and Exchanges
We DO NOT offer refunds of any kind unless there is some sort of error on our part or a manufacturers defect (which should never happen because your orders are custom made and we take great pride in our work). But should these events happen, we will replace your item and give you instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
Additional policies and FAQs

• All personalized invitations, thank you cards, cupcake toppers and favor tags are purchased as digital PDF files, which means you print them yourself at home.

• Each listing will have instructions on how to print, punch and/or construct.

• Additional supplies will be needed for cupcake toppers and favor tags so take that into consideration BEFORE purchasing.

• These invitations and other printables are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. They cannot be sold, distributed or shared in any way without my consent.

• All cliparts, papers and fonts used in my digital products were purchased with a license and/or consent from the designer and credit will always be given when required.

• If you have a specific party theme in mind and would like to discuss a custom order, please contact me for pricing. I am always happy to do custom work ☺
