A condition overview and measurements are included in the item description for every item. Please read through the entire description before purchasing. If you're still not clear on something, feel free to ask questions!

All items will be carefully packaged for shipping. Fragile items will be cushioned and clearly marked. I am happy to gift wrap smaller items and even include personalized notes -- just send me a message! I can also ship directly to the gift recipient. If you'd like to do this, just enter that address at checkout to calculate the proper shipping charges.

If your item arrives damaged or you are unhappy with it, please contact me immediately. I am happy to consider refunds or returns and will work through your concerns on an individual basis. I may ask you to provide photos of damaged items or condition flaws. I try to describe all items to the best of my ability, but I do miss things sometimes.

Depending on the nature of the return, the shipping portion of the price may not be refundable (even for prices that include "free" shipping). In rare cases of multiple returns per customer, I may ask a 10% restocking fee to cover the packaging time.

A base insurance of $50 USD is included on all items that ship with priority shipping through USPS. Unless otherwise mentioned, additional insurance (or any if shipping parcel/ground) is not included. If you'd like to add insurance to your order, please contact me for a quote!

I am not responsible for lost packages, however I am happy to work with you while the package is in transit. That said, I cannot take action on packages that have been marked as delivered. If at any point you have questions, just contact me and we'll figure something out!

I always ship to the exact address on your order. If the address is incorrect, your package could be sent back to me. If this happens, I'll reach out to you to confirm the correct shipping address, but you'll have to pay a new shipping charge at that point (even for items with free shipping originally). Please double-check your address before purchasing to make sure that item you've been waiting for gets to you on the first try!

All orders over $35 now include free standard shipping within the US! This shipping will vary between USPS Parcel Select Ground (2-9 business days) and FedEx Home Delivery (1-7 days), depending on the package's weight, size, and distance to destination. If you order with a USPS PO Box for your address, you may be asked to provide a physical address to upgrade to FedEx shipping. There are a few exceptions with larger pieces of furniture where customers outside of the contiguous US may be charged shipping.
