Payment

Payments are accepted through paypal, credit/debit cards and etsy gift cards.

I try my best to make sure every piece goes out perfectly but if you have any problem with your order when it arrives please contact me so we can resolve it :)

Shipping

Usual production time is about 5 days. This can sometimes be longer at very busy periods so please check my shop announcement for up to date production times on my shop homepage before ordering :)

Parcels within the UK are sent 1st class Royal Mail non-tracked, items arrive within 1-2 days. You can upgrade to signed for for an extra £3.50 at the checkout.

European and International parcels are sent via non-tracked Airmail. They aim to deliver to Europe within 5-7 working days and the rest of the world within 7-10 working days. Sometimes parcels can take a little longer to arrive as they can get held up at customs. I do not send parcels tracked - if you would like your parcel sent tracked please upgrade at the point of purchase, this costs an extra £5.50 ☼
