Shipping Costs for Multiple Orders

Shipping costs for multiple orders may be less than indicated at purchase. Any overpayment on shipping costs will be refunded. If you wish to purchase multiple items, I am happy to set up a custom listing for you which will indicate the correct postage cost prior to purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason there is a problem with your order, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do what I can to fix it. Items to be returned must be sent within 21 days of delivery, and be in original condition (unwashed, uncut and unused).

Shipping within Australia

Please note - Postal services are currently experiencing delivery delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Orders less than 500g (or less than 1.75m of fabric and less than 2cm thick) will be sent as a Non-Trackable Priority Letter, which does not include tracking or insurance. Larger orders will be sent as Regular Parcel Post, which includes tracking but not insurance. Postage may be upgraded to Express Post. Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.

Please notify me if you would like to upgrade postgage to include insurance and/or tracking and I will create a custom listing for you.

Please note - Postal services are currently experiencing delivery delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

All international orders are sent via Australia Post. To reduce postage costs, orders less than 500g (or less than 1.75m) will be sent by Economy Air. This does not include tracking or insurance. Larger orders will be sent via Standard Post Satchel. This includes tracking but not insurance. Delivery times may vary due to location, customs and local postal services.
