Welcome! For years, I've enjoyed finding vintage fabrics, quilts, buttons, sewing items, ephemera, and other interesting items. People have discovered many uses for these vintage finds in art projects, crafts, journaling, mixed media, small sewing projects.

Recently retired, now I'm looking forward to a more creative life. Also downsizing - and hope you find something to spark your own creativity!

Threads and Memories -- vintage finds, creative living.

It's been some years ago that I started selling a few things on ebay, opened a booth in an antique mall for a few years, and then Etsy came along. Etsy is the perfect marketplace for me, a community that includes folks who love old bits and pieces from the past like I do! There have been many times my friends and family have said "why would you buy that? what do you do with that?" I'd just laugh and buy it, anyway.

A few years ago I moved to a lovely 1940s brick duplex. Love it. Perfect place to list and create. Recently retired, I'm moving in the direction of creating with this accumulation of vintage/antique finds, too. I'm always inspired by things I collect.

I love sharing when I find a big box of old fabric pieces, old wallpaper, paper/ephemera so check back often. I'd love to hear from you!
