How Do I Access My Order Once Purchased?
To access your downloads:
- You must be signed into Etsy on browser (the Etsy App will not allow you to download digital products)
- Ender your profile “Purchases and Review” you will see your purchases and a download button to your right. Etsy should also be emailing you a copy of your purchase.
Do I need any specific software or app to edit my templates?
No. All you need is a FREE Canva account.
Do you offer custom orders or can you edit the template for me?
We do not offer custom orders at this time. All templates are 100% editable and easy to use in Canva.
