Three Silent Trees
Three Silent Trees was created back in 2012, where it carries a limited range of hand poured soy candles. This brand is a reflection of Michelle's passion for natural and handmade products where she aims to create the soothing atmosphere of "spa and relaxation". Each of these soy candles are lovingly hand poured by hand.
To understand the story behind Three Silent Trees, let's rewind the story. Michelle grew up loving the quiet times reading books, travelling and appreciating the little things. She found quiet times at home are the best to reconnect and to reflect, while getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city life in Jakarta, her hometown.
Her parents always encouraged her creative side, so in 2008, she moved to Melbourne to study Communication Design at Swinburne University.
Three Silent Trees stands for quiet, serene and a zen vibe. It is believed that the number 3 represents balance and harmony. Inspired by nature, the logo is of three trees with no leaves, no rustle, just peace and quiet. Just like the still of winter after the beautiful but noisy rustles of autumn.
Three Silent Trees made its first breakthrough into the market in 2013, where a beautiful florist shop agreed to stock TST soy candles. From there on, Three Silent Trees thrived as more and more people became aware of the benefits of soy candles.
All the candles are handpoured and designed by Michelle at her home workshop in Melbourne. At TST, we encourage our customers to upcycle candle jars to save our beautiful planet Earth.
