Additional Digital File Information
Please note: Some of our listings are digital files but not Instant Download. Please read listings carefully and if this is the case your file(s) will be sent to your email address within 24 hours from receipt of payment.
COLOR QUALITY: Image color will vary from monitor to monitor and when printed, color may vary from printer to printer. If you have trouble with the colors feel free to send me a convo and I can give you some tips for improving print.
Digital Downloads - Due to the nature of the product, I do not accept refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
Custom and personalized orders
I am happy to do customs! Feel free to convo me and leave me as much detail as you can with what you are looking for. My prices are based on how much time and detail is needed for your custom and so any information you can tell me about what you want is greatly appreciated.
Payment for customs must be made up front and within 3 days of listing.
I will always send you a sample of the work before sending you the final. You can ask for changes at that time and I will do my best to work with you until you are happy with the custom! :)
Custom Orders Process
Once a sample is approved of, I will send the final high-resolution custom.
If you want further changes after your approval, extra charge may be needed for my time.
Limited to up to 3 minor changes (color change, wording change, etc) to a sample work before an extra charge may be required. Major changes (such as completely different layouts, ideas, etc.) will cost extra for the additional time needed that was not in the original quoted price.
Please take approval to the sample seriously. I encourage the sample of the custom work be printed before approving so that you know how it will turn out.
