Do you accept returns or exchanges on personalized orders?
Because each kit is handcrafted and personalized just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We do, however, replace or refund items that arrive damaged. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if there is any damage—we’ll make it right!
Do you offer gift wrapping?
I’d be happy to wrap your gift before shipping! Just let me know it’s for someone special, and I’ll make it look festive and ready to delight.
What are the dimensions of the play kit?
Each kit comes in a handcrafted wooden box measuring 6” x 4” x 2” with a secure latch, perfectly sized for travel, storage, or gifting.
