Can I include a middle name or special characters in my personalization?
Absolutely! Just make sure everything is spelled exactly how you want it - including accents or punctuation - when you place your order. If you're unsure, feel free to message us first.
Do you send a proof before printing?
At this stage, we don’t send proofs for every order, but if you’d like one, just leave a note at checkout or send us a message right after placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
Can I rush my order?
Most of our items ship out in 2–5 business days, but we can’t guarantee faster production or shipping than what’s listed. That said, we’ll always do our best if you're on a tight timeline. Send us a message and we’ll see what’s possible!
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Because each item is made to order just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
However, if your physical item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with details and photos of the issue, we’re always happy to make things right.
