Frequently asked questions

Items that are not collected or Returned to Sender

For parcels that are returned to me after not being collected from the post office following a delivery attempt, not delivered due to the wrong address being supplied at checkout, or marked as Return to Sender by the recipient:

Refunds will be given on standard items minus any associated Etsy fees (roughly 10% of the purchase price), minus taxes paid if applicable and minus the entirety of the shipping costs (including Etsy fees on shipping).
No refunds will be offered on custom items or orders.
If you contact me regarding your returned items you will have the opportunity to pay for shipping to have the parcel resent once only. If it is again returned to sender or undeliverable, the total amount of your purchase will be forfeited.

Shipping delays due to coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic

Please note that there are SIGNIFICANT DELAYS with shipping items both domestically and internationally. It is likely that your order will take more than a month to arrive once it has been shipped. I will not be able to offer any compensation for shipping delays.
