Hola, soy Sayuri. Soy artista de impresión risográfica y vivo en Portland, Oregón.
Llevo creando y vendiendo arte desde 2017, pero ahora mi verdadera pasión es la impresión risográfica. Imprimo mis ediciones en Outlet PDX, un auténtico estudio de risografía en Portland, utilizando tinta a base de soja sobre papel de alta calidad. Cada impresión está firmada y titulada a mano, y se realiza en ediciones limitadas, por lo que no hay dos iguales, que es precisamente la esencia de la risografía.
Mis estampados son llamativos, un poco psicodélicos y hechos con cariño. Trabajo por capas, un color a la vez, y me encanta lo que sucede cuando se superponen de maneras inesperadas.
También hago videos sobre impresión risográfica en YouTube, en mi canal @sayuriprints. Mis videos tratan sobre la preparación de archivos, el proceso de estudio, desastres de impresión y la vida en el estudio.

Hi, I'm Sayuri. I am a risograph print artist based in Portland, Oregon.
I've been making and selling art since 2017, but risograph printing is where my heart lives now. I print my editions at Outlet PDX, a real working riso studio here in Portland, using soy-based ink on beautiful paper. Each print is hand-signed, titled and made in small editions, so no two are exactly alike, which is kind of the whole point of riso.
My prints are bold, a little psychedelic, and made with love. I work in layers - one color at a time - and I love what happens when they overlap in ways I didn't expect.
I also make videos about risograph printing on YouTube at @sayuriprints. My videos are about file prep, studio process, printing disasters, and studio life.
