Hi and welcome to my shop.

Everything in my Etsy shop is either a hand drawn/painted original or a print of my original work.

I work with Acrylics, color pencils, water color and most importantly love :)

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me and will will ensure you receive either a refund or a replacement.

We are not responsible for errors on the part of the buyer, such as errors in the shipping address provided.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of purchase. If your payment is not received within 3 DAYS of placing your order, your order will be canceled.
Shipping
I will post all purchases via first class mail/airmail.

Hand painted items will be dispatched within 4 business days, printed items will be dispatched within 3 business days.

Please let me know if you would like your purchase to be shipped via recorded/insured mail and I'll calculate the costs for you.

When you make a purchase through Etsy, I'll use the name and address you provide to correctly label and ship your item. Where your item is being sent via a courier, I may request your contact telephone number and email address, if you are happy to provide this information, it shall be used solely to support the applicable courier company.
