Important Sizing Information

We discourage the use of online printed ring sizers/string/tape measure methods.

We find it safest to have size checked at a jeweler/jewelry counter prior to purchase.

With that said, there is always the possibility of slight size discrepancies from jeweler to jeweler.
A drawback to online sales-we cannot size you personally to 100% ensure the best fit.

Exchange fees/rules apply regardless of how/where you were sized.

We send a photo of your ring on the mandrel for confirmation on size.
Size for our rings is checked off of the center of the band where the comfort fit cut arcs.

We respect your right to disagree with our policies/shop elsewhere, so please consider all of this carefully PRIOR to purchase, no exceptions.

A bit about titanium rings (we use grade 5 (6al-4v) titanium alloy)

Titanium is an amazing metal & (Amy) I can get a bit complacent about how difficult it actually is to deal with.
Danny is a master at working with titanium & I will brag on him about that because he never would.

Titanium is strong, yet lightweight, doesn’t bend/thin or wear away like traditional metal rings, BUT being a 'strong metal' does NOT ='scratch resistant metal'. Not just our rings, any titanium ring, please research this if needed.
These cosmetic scratches to the finish do not compromise the integrity of the ring itself, they are just that ‘cosmetic’.

NOTE:
Ring will be LIGHTWEIGHT, it's supposed to be.
Rings are made of SOLID titanium on a CNC lathe, one at a time by us in our shop, no mass producing.

finishes info: polished, satin, brushed, stone, frosted

ALL FINISHES will show cosmetic surface scratching, some more quickly than others, some on the first day of wearing your ring.
(1) - shows scratching readily
(2)- better at hiding scratches
(3)- best at hiding scratches

POLISHED (1): smooth-mirror like look.

Touch up at home tip: use a mag wheel polish & buffing cloth from time to time

SATIN (1): lightly textured horizontal finish

BRUSHED (1): very slightly more textured horizontal finish
(1)

STONE (2): heavier texture horizontal finish

FROSTED (2): vertical textured finish that gives a bit of luminescent 'sparkle' to the ring, especially in direct light.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The frosted finish is still gray, it is not a 'white' finish.

finishes information (sandblasted, burnished)

SANDBLASTED (1): a blast of sand (aluminum oxide) applied giving the ring a slightly darker/muddier gray matte look (not black) with a bit of a 'glint' in bright light. Is not rough to the touch.

Finish is prone to surface scratching almost immediately with just normal daily wear. Scratches have a sheen against the matte sandblasting, so seem more prominent & will eventually wear to a standard titanium gray.
If cosmetic scratches are a major concern, this is not the finish for you.

We can send photos of worn sandblasted rings.

BURNISHED (3): A slightly bumpy textured look with a bit of a sheen. DURABLE finish that holds up the absolute best of any of our finishes to daily wear, this finish is tough. Not available for inlay style rings.

finishes information: smooth raw, NEW Rugged Brush and our heat/fire treated rings

SMOOTH RAW (2): This finish is only available on our ground profile bands. We only softly smooth the raw edges with sandpaper.

RUGGED BRUSHED (2) : A cross between ground profile marks and stone finish.

FIRE TREATED (color):
A new thing for us, open fire pit treating our rings!
We are learning burnished, stone, frosted, rugged brushed holds color longer than the more smooth polished or satin finishes, but firing is still a 'finish' & does eventually dull over time, usually within a year.

We are currently only listing these rings randomly given we cannot completely control exact color outcome and prefer to list the rings at the actual color they turn out to avoid issues with disappointment if offering this as a made to order finish

Sterling Silver and Copper Inlay Rings

We use solid sterling silver/copper, set/pounded into a groove cut into the titanium.
Inlays are not plated.

Sterling Silver Care:
When tarnishing occurs, for silver we find that soaking in hot water with a bit of baking soda will bring back the silver to full shine.

Copper Care:
Copper is naturally a salmon pink color, but will darken/oxidize to a more brown color. When this occurs, you can bring your inlay back it's natural look with a good soak in HOT water & lemon juice.

We discourage wearing your sterling silver or copper inlay ring in a chlorinated pool/when using bleach products. Chlorine can darken or damage the inlay.

The silver & copper inlay metals on your ring are softer than the titanium, please keep this in mind.

Gold Inlay Style Rings and Ready Made/Reduced Price Rings

GOLD INLAY STYLES:
Our inlays are solid 14k gold (rose, yellow or white gold) set/pounded into a groove cut into the titanium.

We do not use plated gold.

The 14k gold inlay on your ring is softer and more susceptible to wear than the titanium, so please keep that in mind as you wear your ring.

DUE TO RISING GOLD COST, PRICES INCREASED--PLEASE BE SURE TO REVIEW EXCHANGE POLICY!

CLEARANCE/REDUCED PRICED RINGS:
Rings that we have made for photos/display or rings that customers have sent back for size exchange over the years.
We have many exchanged rings here (over 20 years worth) & decided to start selling them at a reduced price rather than just let them go to waste.
Rings are in new condition, all sales final and cannot be re-sized.

Other Important Information
