Frequently asked questions
When will my order be shipped?
My goal is always to send your order as soon as possible. The processing time can vary, but most of the time the order is shipped within two days. During vacations the preparation time will be longer than usual but I will still ship it as soon as I can. I will notify you with a message about the expected shipping date.
The order will always ship within the time that is listed.
Orders are also prepared during the weekend but can not be shipped on Saturdays or Sundays (due to the Swedish post not working on weekends).
How long does the shipping take?
International shipping can vary a lot and is difficult to estimate. It is very different from country to country and letter to letter, I have tried to set generous shipping estimates which have, so far, been more than enough.
What shipping method is used?
All items are shipped as upgraded letters with track-ID service. Letters are shipped with Swedish Postnord and they often work with the countries main mail carriers, like USPS.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All jewelry are carefully packaged in a gift box and shipped in a padded envelope or a cardboard box.
Do US buyers have to pay additional taxes/duties when the letter arrives?
The new US customs tariffs (as decided against the EU by President Trump) are now paid directly by me to Swedish Postnord. So when the letter arrives to the US all duties has already been paid, so called DDP.
Germany - Verpackungsgesetz (LUCID Packaging Register)
The German Packaging Act VerpackG came into effect 2019, which promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (like cardboard boxes, tape and bubble wrap).
My company Tina Lindholm Kanerva is registered at the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (ZSVR) with registration number DE5831595243301. My Dual System Licensing partner for collection, sorting & recycling is ACTIVATE by RECLAY.
As consumer please ensure that all received packaging is disposed of in the right recycling containers, Blue for all paper & cardboard and Yellow for all plastics.
