When will i receive my order
orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from time of purchase. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for the order to be shipped to your residence. All orders placed and accepted should be received in 5-7 business days (mail pending).
Custom and personalized orders

Cancellation and refund
you may cancel an order at anytime. However when in regards to refunds. Refund request will only be considered within 24hrs of an order being received. If a request is sent after 24hrs of order processing then it will be seller discretion if refund will be sent and a full refund will not be guaranteed. If an order has already begun process of being sent to customer then at the most only a partial refund will be sent back
