Hello and welcome to the Tori Designs shop.
All items are handmade in our UK workroom, and we take pride in creating items of original design.
If you are looking for something in particular that you do not see in our shop listings (and think we are up to the challenge), then please do not hesitate to contact us. We currently make many custom orders for people through Facebook and word of mouth.

Payment

Please make payment for items purchased as soon as possible, so that this does not delay the shipping.
The full shipping price has been listed on each item, with additional comments for multiple purchases.
Paypal is our preferred method of payment, but money orders (available at the post office) will be accepted from the UK only, although please note that this will add a delay onto the shipping times for the order to clear.

Shipping

All items will be neatly packaged and dispatched within 3-4 working days when payment is received, unless stated otherwise in the listing.
Currently, orders will be dispatched with Airmail parcels (Royal Mail) or International signed for post (Royal Mail). This means we will be able to track the items with the post office.
Please ask if you have a preferred way for us to send your item and we will quote the new shipping cost.
Please allow 3-7 working days for you item to be delivered, dependant on your address.
In the exception of custom made orders, please allow an extra 2 weeks onto of delivery for the item to be made. This will be specified clearly in the order details, and we will send message updates along the way.

Please send any requests you have for custom orders. We are very happy to accomodate, and will respond with a quote and estimated order time within 1 week.
We give 100% quarantee that all items are handmade in a smoke-free workroom, using Tori's own designs and patterns.
