I'm in love with flowers and ceramics or may be it's the same.
I'm in love with ceramics from my early childhood. My summer holidays were spent with my grand parents in their country house. One of my favorite things was to make small dishes and figurines from clay I found in drying puddles. When finished, dry dishes I fired in regular wood stove and covered with aunts nail polish. I felt very happy then, but nobody else in the house... One day grandpa threw my clay stock into the flower bed and angrily told me never again take clay in my hands. But I did. I went to Applied Art college for ceramics, then graduated Academy of Arts and became a Master of Arts, professional ceramic artist. And became happy again!
Today I have an old country house where I spend my free time. All the time I'm improving it trying to keep the style of an old farmers house. So I started to create practical things which make my home more stylish and neat. Ivory white and blue are the colors that ideally match to almost any interior with natural materials (wood, stone, linen). It will also look very nice for your arbor to have family barbecue parties. Blooming garden and meadow flowers inspire me on floral design that already became valued by my customers in my home country. So I am sharing my love of blue and white ceramics with the world. And that's the new beginning - TouchingBlue.
