About farmhousemoon

Sales 24,439
On Etsy since 2005

I make shiny things & read the sky.

I quit my day job to pursue my daydream of making jewelry in 2004. My shop,
Farmhouse Moon, mostly sells silver and copper pieces, and is guided by the principle that you should wear what you love. All made by hand with love from my studio in North Carolina. I always knew I needed to do something where I was creating with my hands and making something beautiful. Where I was my own boss. Creating a special keepsake that was maybe passed down from generation to generation.

I have been studying Astrology for many years. Please visit my website for more info on my birth chart readings.

Things that make me float and often provide inspiration for my creative outlets, jewelry making included, are:

a good vintage find, a beautiful photograph, the mountains, thunderstorms, anything haunted, a great live show, decorating my space, tending to a garden, and collaboration with other creative souls.

I currently live in Mars Hill, North Carolina with my wee one Layla Moon, my pup Maggie May, my tigers India and Goose, 26 chickens and my mate.

I chose them because they manufacture in the USA. They have wonderful customer service and use top notch materials.

Additional policies and FAQs

Farmhouse Moon strives to use recycled materials wherever possible.

Caring for your jewelry:

All fine silver is made from recycled quality .999 silver and may tarnish over time depending on air, perfumes, skin acidity, and many other environmental factors. Fine silver may be polished to restore its shine.

Oxidized sterling silver is done by hand and may result in subtle differences of tone and color - it is not a black coating on the silver. The blackened color may fade and change over time creating an aged look.

To sustain the look of your new jewelry it is best to avoid wearing pieces while sleeping, showering, swimming, etc.

Wholesale Inquires:

There is nothing better than to offer customers the chance to see our jewelry in person. Please send us a conversation for more information.
