Hi, thanks for stopping by! Each art print is lovingly designed, illustrated and printed in my studio, based in Snowdonia, Wales. Artwork is printed made to order on premium lustre paper using archival quality inks. Prints can be personalized with your own text or translated at no extra cost - just add this info in the 'Personalization' box on the print's product page.

A4 Framed Prints Now Available - While standard prints are provided unframed, an additional framing service is available across all A4 travel prints for UK customers. Frames are handmade in the UK with float glass and solid wood, and available in white or black.

SHIPPING:
My current dispatch time is 1 - 3 business days, with most orders dispatched within 2 business days using Royal Mail. Small prints and fridge magnets are shipped flat in a protective mailer. A3 and 13x19" prints are shipped rolled in a protective poster tube.

- UK: Individual small prints and magnets are shipped 2nd Class as standard. Larger rolled prints, multi item orders and framed art are shipped using Tracked 48. A Tracked 24 shipping option is also available on all orders.
Non-UK: International shipping is currently available on unframed prints, available to selected countries, using your choice of either the Royal Mail International Standard or Tracked service. For customers in the US, no additional tariff fees will be required to import your order.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS:
Printable files / digital downloads are available for instant download. To access your files, click on Etsy's 'My Account' tab, then select ' Purchases and Reviews'. Unfortunately due to their digital nature, digital downloads are non-refundable.

RETURNS:
If you experience an issue with your order, you're welcome to submit a return or exchange request on standard unframed prints within 30 days of receiving your order. To arrange a return, please get in touch for additional information. Unfortunately custom and made to order goods such as personalized items and framed prints cannot be accepted as returns. In the rare event that your order does not reach you safely, please reach out by email for assistance.
