Payment is expected within 48 hours of purchase.
If it's not received in this time frame, a message is sent and if not answered, the sale will be cancelled and the item relisted.
In case of changing your mind once an item is bought but not payed, please let me know and I will cancel the transaction. No problem!

All my items are carefully packaged. Although Ulalá is not an ecological store, I am eco-friendly, and try not to produce unnecessary waste like paper tags in my products. You'll receive the product without additional packaging, as you see it in the pictures. Plastic packaging is used for products which need special care for shipping (for example my rings) or recicled paper when I need it. It´s my (your) little contribution to environment. Thanks for your understanding.
