What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact our support team through Etsy Message, and we will assist you in filing a lost package claim. All the carriers we collaborate with keep proof of delivery, such as a photograph or signature. If the carrier cannot provide proof, we will promptly send you a replacement.
However, please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the courier has made the delivery.
Conditions of Returns and Exchanges
Cancellation: must request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase, after which a 25% restocking fee will be applied to all products canceled during production.
Returns: request must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery and sent back to us within 7 business days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for both the initial shipping cost (even if the item was initially shipped for free) and the return shipping cost.
Once the item reaches us and it is determined that the product is undamaged and in its original condition, a refund will be issued.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for personalized, custom-made products, items purchased with a discount.
Care instructions
Solid gold is one of the easiest materials to care for with minimal effort. So, just follow these instructions when you feel your jewelry is losing its sparkle!
1. Dilute a small amount of mild liquid dish soap in warm water
2. Give your jewelry a nice soak for at least five minutes to loosen any buildup
3. Scrub gently with a soft bristled brush
4. Rinse well, pat dry gently, and let your jewelry air dry on a soft surface like a towel
5. If storing after cleaning, make sure the jewelry is completely dry before storing
Is screw back comfortable as flat back?
Screw Back provides an excellent hold and is designed for long-term use without removal, just like a flat back. No part of the piercing causes discomfort where it touches. You can sleep and wear it for an extended period without removing it safely and comfortably.
What type of stones are used in the listings?
Unless otherwise specified as a particular type of stone in the listing, all stones are Cubic Zirconia. However, we offer the option to upgrade to precious gemstones (diamonds, sapphires, rubies, emeralds) or semi-precious stones such as London Topaz, citrine, peridot, tourmaline, tanzanite, amethyst, rhodolite, and more for all our products.
