Announcement   Production Time—for cards, cupcake toppers, tags, banners, and embellishments is 3-5 business days. Production time for table numbers, confetti bags, and rubber stamps is 2 weeks. This does not include shipping time. I do offer shipping upgrades in my shop; however, this will only upgrade the shipping time and not the production time. You can find the shipping upgrades when you’re checking out. Since all items are handmade by me only I ask that you purchase your needed items in advance to allow for my production time. If you need the order rushed you will need to contact me before placing your order, to check rush order availability—rush order fees apply.

All items are shipped out with regular first class shipment which is 3-5 business day shipping. However, I now offer upgraded shipment in my shop; such as, Priority (1-3) and Express Overnight shipping (1 business day). You can locate these shipping upgrades in my shop section ‘upgrades’; or, when you’re checking out.

Buyers from California—if you are within the same state as me (California) you should receive your order within 24-48 hours once it’s been shipped. Therefore, in most cases upgraded shipping isn't need. However, the 3-5 business day production time still applies.

All items are shipped via USPS and tracking numbers are given with each order, free of charge. If you are placing an order of a high dollar amount I strongly advise purchasing insurance for your package. Packages don’t get lost or damaged often; however, in the case that your package is lost or damaged Unify Handmade is not responsible once the order has left my facility. Purchasing insurance will ensure you get your money back if that should occur. Insurance is relatively cheap; for instance, if you spend $100.00 in my shop it only costs $1.00 to insure that package. If your order is $200.00 it costs $2.00 to insure, etc.

Correspondence: When I have a high volume of orders to work on, I do attempt to answer all of my e-mails in timely manner; however, there are times when I can’t answer them right away. I always try to answer emails within 24-48 hours.

I love to customize: If you see an item in my shop that you love but would like to customize it to make it your own, feel free to contact me.

About

The Story behind Unify

I find joy in creation. I love the thought of creating something at home with my own hands, and shipping it off to a buyer looking to bring their ideas to life. I’m in the business of spreading happiness—at least that’s what it feels like when I’m cutting ribbons by hand, and tying each ribbon one by one. Imagine—a buyer visits my shop looking for the right paper product to brighten their special event. Whether it is a wedding, a baby shower, anniversary, birthday. It’s a celebration! To have people gather around a table and smile at a cute sentiment on a cupcake topper; or, one of my handmade banners hanging over their candy table. That puts a huge smile on my face—to know I made someone happy, even for just a moment.

After being in full charge of décor for the very first time in honor of my brothers’ first child, I found my new love—designing. I received so much positive feedback at that baby shower and I thought to myself, “why not do this for a living?” That’s when everything changed. Soon after I started my small online shop, offering the cutest things I could make for your special events. Seven years later, it’s still a huge passion of mine and one I simply can’t let go of. While you’re here I hope you find something that puts a smile on your face. It means the world to me.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
Returns and exchange details
Most items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase; however, the item must not be opened or used in any way (Refund/Replace policy does not apply to custom orders, please review the custom order policy--if ordering custom made items). Replacements are also available within 30 days of purchase; replacements are only issued if the wrong item was shipped, ordered the wrong item, or would simply like to return it. However, the package must be unopened in order to receive a replacement.

Unify does not cover return shipping for items being sent back for a refund. If the wrong item was sent Unify will cover 100% of the return shipping charges.

Refunds or replacements are not issued for custom orders.

Primary form of payment accepted is Direct check out—You can check out in a few easy steps with your debit card or credit card.

I also accept Paypal—if you’re familiar with PayPal it’s a save an easy way to buy items and protect your personal card information.

Customized Order Policies

I request that all custom orders are paid in full when checking out. All the instructions on how to order custom cupcake wrappers will be provided in the listing. However, cupcake topper custom requests' may be harder to narrow down; therefore, you can simply convo me instead for cupcake topper requests.

Refunds and Replacements Regarding Custom Orders:

Unfortunately all custom orders are non-refundable. Therefore, I would advise you to purchase insurance for orders that are of a large amount. Rest assured I will not allow anyone to be disappointed with their UNIFY purchase—customer satisfaction is my number one concern.
