VINTAGE CONDITION ASSESSMENT
All listed Urban Cowgirl Chic items have been around for 20 years or more. Overtime, some items may display normal vintage wear. Any noticeable wear will be mentioned in the item description and be accompanied by an assessment of the condition (see rating scale below).

Mint: Exceptional vintage condition; item appears to have never been worn or used.

Excellent: Great vintage condition with no or very minor noticeable wear.

Good: Decent vintage condition; with noticeable wear.

Fair: Needs repair, cleaning, or may display visible signs of wear and tear.

We do our best to screen our vintage items for wear and to accurately describe/assess them. However, some wear may go undetected. If you believe an item has not been accurately described/assessed or that a major blemish has been overlooked, please contact us.

MEASUREMENTS
Sizing on vintage shoes and clothing is typically smaller than modern sizing. Try not to focus as much on the size, instead, review the measurements found in the item description.

Here are a few tips to take into consideration when viewing clothing/shoe descriptions and taking your own measurements to ensure an accurate fit.

•Urban Cowgirl Chic clothing items are measured lying flat. The bust, waist, and hip measurements are doubled.

•To receive a good size comparison, measure a similar personal garment lying flat.

•Allow 2 inches for a comfortable fit and 1 inch or less for a slim/tight fit.

We strongly recommend cleaning all vintage clothing prior to wearing.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking status of your package indicates that it has been "Delivered", but you have not received your package, contact your local post office to submit a missing mail request. If seller information is needed to complete the request, please contact us.

It is the Buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping information when an order is placed. If an incorrect address is provided BEFORE the item is shipped, please contact us immediately. We will cancel the order and repost the item so that during your repurchase, you can provide the correct shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided AFTER the item is shipped and you do not receive the item, we are not responsible.
