Hello I am Hayley and I own, design and make all my products at Useless Buttons. Every order means the world to me, so thank you!
Each item I sell is handmade, I try to keep non personalised items in stock and ready to post. However custom items may take a little longer, so please check your dispatch time when ordering.
If you need your item for a particular day please message me and I will be able to advise you if I can meet your date.
I do custom orders so if you see an item you like but would like a different colour, scheme, shape or animal, do send me a message and I will sort this out for you. I also stock vegan bamboo fibres, so if you would like a brooch or needle felted item made up with this rather than wool, please do let me know.

I was updated on the process and the mobile arrived much faster than expected considering it was custom made. The quality is incredible and looks even better in person than on the photos. Thank you so much, I will cherish this mobile forever!

Custom and personalised orders
Custom and personalised orders are accepted, just drop me an email with your request and we will see what we can create.
Sizing details
Sizes for all individual items are located within the item descriptions, but do contact me if you need any further specific details.
Care instructions
Needle felted brooches are fixed onto brooch backs with textile glue. although we do not advise these to go through the wash, accidents happen! This glue will withstand temperatures of 40 degrees and the brooch should be fine.
Purses are sponge clean only.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Each purchase is wrapped in tissue paper with a button sticker as standard. If you require a gift wrapping or a label please contact me and we can add this before posting.

Postage
All UK free postage items are sent via 2nd class Royal Mail, an option to upgrade to 1st class is available.
Larger UK items are sent using 1st class services via Royal Mail.
International postage options include; International Standard (this is not a tracked service) or International Tracked and Signed

Due to the nature of natural wool and wool textiles please be aware that there may be slight variations in appearance and colour of the items.
We think this makes them amazing and unique! I will do my best to keep these variations to a minimum but if you wish for a different colour, size or feature of an item, let me know and I will see if I can make this happen.
