PLEASE READ FOR IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ORDER:

Your wreath or garland may have very slight differences in the placement of design elements compared to the listing photo, as each wreath is crafted by our team at the time an order is placed. All the same quality natural materials pictured will be used.

Every wreath and garland has a secure hook attached to the back for easy hanging. With hard-to-find hooks, look for a red string on the back of the wreath that will indicate where the wire hook is located.

All wreaths and garlands can be hung indoors or outdoors and will look fresh for several seasons or longer if kept out of direct sunlight, wind, and rain. Please note that if you intend to hang a wreath between storm and entrance doors, heat may affect the freshness of your wreath.

Due to the fragile nature of natural, dried materials, we recommend choosing a location to hang or drape your wreath or garland and not moving it.

***Please remove your wreath or garland as soon as you receive it! If you need to keep it in its box for a day or two, make certain it's kept in a dry, warm environment. ***

Shipping:
• We try to ship items within 3 days of an order being received, though this may fluctuate when demand is high; orders shipping to VA and some other East Coast locations will be sent via USPS Priority Mail; orders to other regions of the US will be sent via USPS Ground Advantage; tracking information will be sent for all shipments.
• Expedited shipping is available- please contact us for information and fees.
• Actual delivery dates are not within our control.
• Some of the natural materials we use are very fragile. We take care to secure all packaging to protect your wreath or garland and label each shipping box so they may be handled appropriately by shipping services.
• It is normal to have some shedding of dried materials during transit. Our wreaths and garlands are created with this in mind, and the overall quality of your handcrafted order will not be affected.

Custom Orders:
I love creating custom orders- some of my best designs were inspired by my wonderful customers! Contact me with your special requests. Please note that custom-designed products are not eligible for return.

Refunds:
Because each wreath and garland is handcrafted using natural materials that can be fragile, refunds will not be issued.
