5 out of 5 starsThe ring is great! I will say I did have to size up. Originally I am a 6.25 but I had to have the ring resized to a 6.75. Customer service was amazing, and she had the ring sent back to me and resized in less than a week! (My ring is a 3 mm band)

Are your rings solid gold?
Yes. All of my items are solid 14k, 18k, or platinum. They are not hollow.
Can I return/exchange my items?
Yes. Most orders, excluding customized bands, are eligible for an exchange or a return within 21 days. Customized or altered bands may not be returnable. In certain cases when they are eligible for an exchange or return, there may be fees associated with exchanges/returns.
All returns will be inspected upon return. Fees may be applied to returns with signs of heavy wear or without all the original packaging. Please do not hesitate to reach out for specific questions.
Can I get my rings engraved with my own picture or another font other than what is listed on your products page?
Yes. please feel free to reach out to me to check the availability of certain fonts. I can also engrave symbols and pictures.
Where is the engraving done on the ring?
Engraving is done on the inside of the ring. I can also engrave the outer part of the ring, but there may be fees associated with this. Please feel free to reach out to me for specific engraving questions.
Do you make custom bands?
Yes. I make all of the items and can definitely customize my peices for you. I can even create one of a kind items.
How should I choose the right ring size?
When you get your finger sized with a ring sizer (the thin ring sizers), it will give you your "true" ring size. However, when ordering a wider band, you will find that the wider bands in your "true" ring size will feel a bit small. So I recommend that you try on bands in the same width you are intending to buy.
Do you have a storefront?
We do not have a retail storefront. We have a crafting office that is not open to the public. But we are more than happy to answer any question you may have.
