All items are sent FREE OF CHARGE by Ist class mail (in the UK) or by airmail (Worldwide) with tracking when available. I do not ship Surface Mail.

I am NOT responsible for any Customs charges or taxes imposed on your item (if I were, I would not be on Etsy selling vintage clothing!) - should this happen to you and you are not happy about, contact your relevant Government Department - NOT ME!

All items are dispatched within 1 working day of your purchase.

Additional policies and FAQs

I will only accept returns if I have grossly misrepresented an item. I WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS DUE TO FIT (except shoes) - you should be aware of your own measurements to decide if the information I gave is suitable to you.

If a return is agreed, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
EU BUYERS - by law can return items within 14 days after receipt, but I expect to be told of the return immediately. I am not responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Privacy

I am based in UK and sell worldwide - I do not store any buyer information anywhere other than here in my Etsy account. I need buyers personal information (eg their address) in order to complete their purchase - I only share that information with Royal Mail in order to ship their purchase to them. My contact with buyers is via the Etsy Conversation system. I do not use buyers own e.mail addresses. If I ever decide to run promotional or marketing campaigns for my store, I would not use any buyer information.

Any and all buyers are free to contact me via Etsy conversation messages should they have any query or concerns.

Full measurements are given in the listing - check them against your own items to be sure they will fit.

How soon will this get to me?

Every thing is shipped by airmail from UK (or 1st class within UK) - if you need the item sooner, I am happy to give quotes for speedier shipping which would be charged to you.

Is it "real" vintage?

I only sell genuine antique or vintage items, I do not sell reproductions. Some vintage items might be in the style of an earlier period, they are still vintage and not repro.
