I hand dye all of my yarn and fiber in very small batches. I always try to make my colours as consistent as possible, but they can vary between batches. So be sure to buy all that you need at once, or let me know if you are planning a large project.
Occasionally I will come up with a colour that I know I can't recreate, I will always add a note to the listing to let you know.
Some of my colours have speckles and splotches, don't be alarmed! They knit up beautifully in short bursts of colour.

Returns and exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the yarn you receive in any way, please contact me to arrange a return. Safely returned, completely in tact yarns will be refunded completely ( with the exception of postage)

Canadian parcels all include tracking numbers. US parcels over 1 kilo are tracked. All other parcels are sent untracked, by air mail. This is to save in postage, as the price increase for tracked parcels can be quite significant. We cannot be responsible for replacing packages that are lots if sent without a tracking number.

Please include a message with your purchase if you would like to add tracking to your US or International purchase. I am happy to do this, and will arrange the postage adjustment when I pack your parcel.
Payment
I accept Paypal as my only method of payment. Payment is required immediately upon checkout.
Shipping
I ship through Canada Post, and will be sure to get your package in the mail within 4 days of your order (though it will nearly always be sooner than that!)

Packages outside of Canada will not come with tracking numbers, as the cost is significantly more. If you would like a tracking number for your international order please convo me and I will adjust the shipping charges.

International packages can take 2 weeks to ship. On occasion they take even longer. Please contact me if you would like more details about your order and shipment, I will be happy to help!
