My spiritual journey started when I was a teenager. At the age of 16, I got my first tarot deck. It was an instant connection. I just knew what the cards meant. I spoke the language with little effort. During this time, I was going through some rough spots (I believe most kids go through some sort of difficulty). Tarot opened me up to other spiritual outlets. I always had a special connection to angels. One day, as I walked around through the Philadelphia Zoo, I saw a Buddhist quote with highlights around it. I knew that the next step in my path involved Buddhism. This was my opening into Reiki...
A few years ago, I took my first Reiki class. It was a great experience, but I wasn't fully ready. I decided to take a break from it. In 2016, I decided to retake my Reiki 1 class. This time around I felt much more connected to the Reiki teachings. Currently, I'm a Reiki Master. I practice self-reiki daily to further connect to reiki.
During my time with Reiki, I found IET. My Reiki teacher is also an IET practitioner. My first session was life changing. I was able to recall memories that I didn't even know I had. I felt like I was healing! After this experience, I KNEW I had to pass this along. I'm currently an IET practitioner, and I'll be at master level by the end of the year!
I'm an Integrative Wellness Life Coach. My life purpose is to empower others to take control of their lives and grow. I cannot tell you what to do, but I can walk with you. Self discovery is a pretty fascinating place to visit. Of course dealing with the past can be painful, but try this refreshing take on it: "Face it, Embrace it... and Replace it!"
