Most of our designs can be customized to suit your needs. You can modify the colors, texts, and images to match your specific occasions and preferences.

To place a custom order, please provide us with the details through Etsy messages, and we'll get back to you promptly. Once we review the details, we'll let you know if the customization is feasible. Following that, you can proceed with the checkout process as usual.

You'll be entitled to up to three revisions on the design, and we'll move it to production once you're satisfied. We appreciate your confidence in our shop!

As our products are made-to-order for each customer, we do not offer returns. However, if you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us, and we will gladly provide returns, refunds, or exchanges.

We understand that mistakes can happen while browsing on Etsy. Therefore, we implement a 5-hour cooling period before orders are sent for production. After this period, the order will be processed, and cancellations will no longer be allowed.

Each product in our shop has a different production time based on its complexity. This time is specified in each listing and is calculated automatically by Etsy.

During holidays and peak seasons, production and shipping times may be longer due to increased order volumes and courier delays. We recommend planning your purchases to avoid any potential delays.

We have accounted for the import tariff costs to the USA from Hong Kong, China, which are included in the current product prices. This inclusion will remain effective until November 10, 2025, after which it will be reviewed.
