What is the difference between A1 Level and A2 Level Frames?
❓Both options include the same contents — a 3D printed circuit, map, and an F1 diecast car — but the frames differ in finish and materials:
✨A1 Level: Gloss finish with no wood pattern, heavier construction, fitted with real glass.
🪵A2 Level: Wood-pattern finish, lighter weight, fitted with plexiglass.
The difference is in the look and materials, so you can choose the frame style that best fits your preference.
What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
📦 RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
For general returns or exchanges not involving defects or damages, the customer has up to 14 days from delivery, provided the product is in its original packaging and undamaged condition. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
For returns involving product damage that occurred during shipment, the customer must contact the seller within 48 hours of delivery. No exchanges are accepted. The seller is responsible for return shipping fees and will issue a full refund after receiving the damaged item.
The seller reserves the right to accept or deny requests.
