My journey began in the heart of Fez’s old Medina, where my family has worked with leather for generations. Since I was a little girl, I grew up surrounded by this artisanal world — crafting small bags and accessories with fabric and cardboard, dreaming of one day building something bigger.
In 2015, I turned that dream into reality, creating handmade baskets and selling them wholesale across Morocco. With passion and dedication, I decided to launch WAAMES Brand, to share our unique Moroccan craftsmanship with the world.
Each bag is a blend of tradition and modern elegance, made with genuine leather and natural straw. Part of every sale goes to charitable causes, because I believe success should also mean giving back.
