When I ordered it the seller had forgotten to put the power cable in there and I am happy to say that when I told them about it they immediately owned the mistake and got a new power cable out the same day to me. Everybody makes mistakes what is important is how we handle them. I'm pleased to say the seller handled it very well. I love the peace I'm looking forward to finding the ideal dimmer settings this evening as the sun sets. I will definitely work with the seller again in the future and I appreciate their thoughtful, rapid, and decisive customer service.
