Wanderlust - Definition:
wan.der.lust (w n d r-l st ). n. A very strong or irresistible impulse to travel

The definition perfectly sums up my free spirited nature that has seen me travel, live and work around the globe. My love for travelling and the coastal lifestyle are the true source of inspiration behind my label and so aptly the name Wanderlust was chosen.

I get excited by bold fabric prints and colours that pop. More often then not, this becomes the catalyst for adding a new design. I like my designs to be trans-seasonal, timeless rather then fashion driven, and comfortable but flattering. I am not into fast fashion and as such I don’t design complete new collections from season to season. Rather I tend to add one or two new designs to the range and make my designs in different fabric prints that change often to keep things interesting.

Perfect for layering, and dressing up or down, the collection does not follow trends, but it is specifically designed to transcend seasons. Each carefully designed piece is aimed at becoming a well loved staple in your wardrobe and your travels for years to come.

As a self taught designer, I started the Wanderlust journey in 2009. It was time to ignite a little dream that had been inside me for so long - and have never looked back. I design, draft and grade each new creation myself - it's a labour of love but so rewarding! All garments are also handmade by me in my home studio in Newcastle, NSW.
