Well, I watched Conan the Barbarian, Highlander, and read J.R.R. Tolkien's books a little too much growing up. I've always been facinated with the blacksmithing craft, but didn't realize it was a viable career path until I pursued it right out of highschool. I started in 2007 and have been diligently pursuing the art since then. I've taken on an array of custom commissions involving various facets of the craft from decorative gates to jewelry, but I specialize in weaponry, both historical and fantasy. I enjoy bringing fantasy weapons to life even when the physics of some of them are impossibly impractical. I also enjoy teaching and sharing the craft with others.
