Frequently asked questions

Postage

UK orders will be dispatched with 'First Class' postage within 2 days of order. International orders will be posted using 'Standard International' postage within 2 days of order. I file a proof of posting receipt for every order so you have proof of delivery date if required. If you would prefer a tracked and signed service please ask me before placing your order.
If there are any delays or the item doesn't get delivered I cannot be held responsible due to problems with the postal service. I will do my best to work with you and the postal services to investigate where the delivery is, why it has been delayed and to make a claim if necessary.

Custom and personalised orders

Once you have placed and paid for your order, if you decide you want to cancel it, please contact me as soon as possible. If I have already customised the notebook for you, I am afraid you won't be able to cancel the order.
I don't accept returns on personalised orders. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order :)
