5 out of 5 starsItem was as described. However, customer service could have been better with damage caused by shipping issues. Seller ultimately resent item but only after having to justify why it is not the customer’s responsibility to make sure items arrive without damage. Seller initially wanted me to pay for shipping a replacement due to poor packing on seller’s part.

Frequently asked questions
What is your processing time?
Our processing time varies. It is:
3-5 business days for welcome signs and guest book signs;
10-14 business days for wedding favors;
10 business days for wedding arches
5 business days for drop box signs
How long will the delivery take? Will I get my order in time?
Regular delivery to most countries takes 2-3 weeks. For Canada and Australia it may be 4 weeks and more. We also offer express shipping.
Do you have express shipping?
We offer express delivery with UPS, Fedex, DHL. Depending on your location, it takes 7-10 business days and costs 36 usd and 60 usd for wedding arches.
Are your products water resistant?
We use wax polish for protection but it is still recommended to avoid plenty of water.
What is the thickness of coasters?
It is 3 mm or 0.11".
Can you rush my order?
Send us a message and we will rush it if it is possible.
Can I customize the layout? Can you use my monogram?
Yes, it is possible, send us a message.
Will you send me a proof?
Yes we will send proofs for most of our items (favors, welcome signs, guest book signs) before producing them.
Can you make the same design as I have seen in another shop?
No, it is against our principles, we do not copy other shops' designs.
I do not have PayPal. Can I pay with my card?
Yes, you can pay with your card. You just need to choose the option to pay as a guest account to PayPal and insert your card details.
