Will I be charged customs fees or taxes?

You may be, that depends on where you live and I have no control over this. I take no responsibility for customs charges that your country may charge you - especially for buyers in EU countries. Taxes are prepaid through Etsy, but some postal companies still charge a fee for checking shipments from outside the EU. Shipments returned to me because they were not delivered due to fees not being paid will only be refunded minus shipping charges and a restocking fee.
