"How do custom orders work?"
I love creating custom pieces! Please note that if we discuss custom specifications for a standard listing, those agreed-upon details in our Etsy Messages become the final 'contract' for your order. Because these items are made to your unique requirements, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. I will always send a final summary for your approval before production begins to ensure everything is exactly as you envisioned.

Discount & Coupon Policy (stacking coupons)
Private listings feature a specialized, pre-negotiated rate that reflects custom material sourcing and dedicated labor. Per shop policy, additional promotional codes, automatic checkout discounts, or site-wide coupons cannot be stacked or combined with this order. If an automated platform discount is inadvertently applied at checkout, the order will be canceled and re-issued at the correct agreed-upon price.

Because I cut, geometrically plan, and hand-stitch every panel in my studio, I work from a dedicated 1-to-2-week production queue. Your turnaround window begins the moment you purchase your custom listing, ensuring your textile art receives the precise artisanal care it deserves.
Care instructions
To protect the structural alignment of the intricate interlocking seams and preserve the delicate qualities of the hand-dyed or hand-painted fabrics, all of the cotton voile and Mansa cotton panels are professional dry-clean only. Our low-maintenance Polyester Voile grid panels can be gently hand-washed in warm water and laid flat to dry without ironing.
