I accept Paypal ONLY
If you do not have a Paypal, you can still use your credit or debit cards to interact with the invoice and it will be paid securely. You do not have to have a Paypal account as I accept them through the service automatically.
Shipping
Shipping is every day and sometimes Saturday. I do not always ship on Saturdays, so if your order is scheduled to leave on the date of a Saturday, it may not go out until Monday. Thanks

I ship worldwide. I choose various shipping methods in order to keep your costs down. International mail is always sent First Class Mail International. I ship my items carefully, taking care for what you have paid for. I track my items in the U.S.A. and do the best that I can to hold the track number for out-of-country items.
I combine shipping Worldwide at No Additional charges when possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not accept refunds unless the item has been misrepresented. I try to give clear pictures of the items you are buying. Please look at them before you make your choices. I cannot be responsible for damaged items in the mail. GIVEN THE FRAGILITY OF SOME OF THE ITEMS IN LASER PRODUCTION, YOU MAY WISH TO INSURE YOUR ITEM. If a return or reorder is necessary, please be advised that the original item needs to be returned unless otherwise stated between conversations concerning myself and you as the buyer.

Once an item leaves I have no control over the people that mishandle it, and will not be responsible for it, given acrylic needs to be handled with care and does have the ability to break. Most pieces will not, but if you start creating names in a fragil custom font,or getting to wide with what you want, you take a risk that is out of my control in the mail.

Please contact me if there is a problem at any time. I will help you the best that I can.
If replacement is chosen, the shipping is paid by the customer.Some items will need to be returned prior to resend.
EX: if you ordered something in red, but it was created in another color, the item needs to be returned to me before I will recreate another. I don't mind recreating--but if you choose to keep the item sent then no further creation will be mailed.


INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
I cannot be responsible for customs charges, items lost, or damaged items. Please insure your items if you wish too. If you wish to return something or have something replaced, you will need to return the item to me as it was sent. I will refund once the item has arrived to me. I will not remake any item under conditions of message. It must be returned. I am not responsible for your shipping charges either way.
But, if there is a problem (other than mishandling mail, breakage in mail, etc) then I will refund upon receipt of the item's return.

Do you create custom designs?
Yes, you are welcome to consult for a custom creation of your own design or enlargments of designs in the shop, etc.

Do you work in other materials besides acrylic?
Yes, I work in wood also. Generally light weight woods, metals are
also planned in the near future.

You make a lot of Snapback letter options, do you sell the hardware?
No, I do not sell the hardware for mounting at this time. Hardware can be found at local hardware stores, craft shops, on line and here on Etsy for some great products.

Can I order in bulk?
Yes, I bulk order for items. It is my view that Bulk and Wholesale are different words. I do not Wholesale. I will create in bulk for great prices though.

Do you have a color schematic?
No, I do not list all of the listing with a visual color wheel. Colors change all of time and in reality, acrylic pours are no different than resin, the color can vary slightly. The colors offered for a product are listed on each item on the menu as well as charm hole decisions if needed.
