How do I get my file?
- Add the item to your cart, choose your payment method, and complete the purchase
- Once you have completed your purchase you will be taken to a downloads page on etsy.com (Your files will also be available on your purchases page (www.etsy.com/your/purchases)
- Download your file(s)
- Print and enjoy (colors may differ slightly when printing depending on your computer and printer).
Can I download digital items on my mobile app?
Currently, digital purchases cannot be downloaded through the mobile app. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or computer and download your digital purchase there.
What if I can't find my download notification email?
First please check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, try adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list as this can help you locate these emails in the future.
For now, you can still access your digital purchases in your account.
How do I fid my digital purchase account?
Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account.
Go to Purchases and reviews.
Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see Instant Download on the images for the purchased item.
There are generally no limits on when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file at any time on your Purchases page.
The Download Files button will be gray if your payment is still processing.
What if I don't have an Etsy account?
If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after the purchase.
If you no longer have access to the email account you used to make the original purchase, please contact the seller directly to discuss how they can send you your files.
What if I have trouble downloading my file?
If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that have been installed and try again.
If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please contact the seller through Etsy Messages for further assistance.
The type of file you’ll be downloading is shown under the Highlights section of a digital listing. If your computer is unable to open the file, it’s possible that you’re missing the program required to open the file type.
If you continue to have trouble, contact Etsy Support.
Can I get a refund or cancel my purchase of a digital item?
As stated on each item page for a digital listing, you will see that digital listings are not able to be returned or canceled. While this is shown automatically on all instant digital download items, it is up to the seller’s discretion as to whether they will refund a digital item or not. Please contact the seller directly through Etsy Messages if you’d like to request a refund for your digital order.
When will I receive my order?
Digital download items are available immediately after your payment has been processed. No physical item will mailed to you.
