Paper goods for every day

Winifred Studios was born out of my love for playing with patterns and colors within illustrations. I've always been a doodler. A few doodles became card designs, from there my illustrations have evolved from a few card designs into a collection of cards, wedding invitations, teatowels, prints, gift tags, and much more!

Returns and exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
All sales are final. Please look at our listing photos carefully, and be sure to read the entire item description. That being said, we want our customers to be happy. If you have a problem, send us a convo, we'll try to work something out!

If we made a mistake on a custom order, we will replace your stationery for free.

Also please note that computer screens vary, we are not responsible for color differences on your monitor.
Payment
We only accept payments via PayPal. This does NOT mean you have to have a PayPal account, you can use a credit card through PayPal, without having an account.

If payment is not received within 24 hours, we will contact you, and your order may be cancelled.
Shipping
Regular items (i.e. non personalized cards) generally ship within 1-3 business days of cleared payment.

Custom/personalized items (i.e. invitations) generally ship within 2-4 business days of your proof being approved (see below for more details about invites/custom orders).

We ship orders via USPS First Class and Priority, depending on how large your order is. Domestic orders (over $25) include delivery confirmation when possible. If you would like insurance included, contact us before making your purchase, and we will add that to the cost of shipping.
Additional policies and FAQs
When purchasing invitations:
-remember to include your invite text in the “notes to seller” upon checkout (or in a convo if you forget).

-once payment comes through, we aim to send you a digital proof within 1-2 business days.

-you are allowed up to two rounds of revisions, most people don’t need any.

-once you give approval of the proof, we’ll start printing and packaging your order!
