How do we order frames with letters

The FIRST STEP is to create a custom order by clicking on the "REQUEST A CUSTOM ORDER" button under the picture of the product. This will take you to a window where you can type in a message telling us what you want to say. Click send custom request and we will get the message.

The SECOND STEP is to choose the number of letters in the drop down menu "CUSTOM LETTERS" directly under the price of the product. Choose the number of letters and the price will automatically be adjusted. Even if you do not want letters you will have to click on the drop down and choose 0 letters before Etsy will let you check out.

Why does the price have a + sign next to it?

The plus sign indicates that there are options available for the frame such as letters. You will need to choose the number of letters in the drop down menu even if you want 0 letters.
