Lost packages are rare! Contact me if it has not arrived within this time from ship date:
• CANADA - 20 Biz days
• USA - 32 Biz days (21 Biz days for USPS/FedEx)
• INTERNATIONAL - 44 Biz days

❉ Orders that cannot be located will be re-shipped as originally ordered to the address on the order

❉ Orders marked delivered will not be reshipped until necessary paperwork is processed

❉ Most late orders show up within days of typical delivery time. Your patience is appreciated.

❉ Delays that impact shipping may include (but are not limited to): weather, increased shipping volume, customs, health restrictions, labor action (strike/lock out), natural disaster, acts of terrorism, etc.

Some returns allowed. Please see Return Policy noted in each individual listing.

❉ NO Returns/Exchanges permitted:
• personalized/custom design items
• items that have been worn or used
• toe-rings or earrings (exceptions for earrings with ear-wires - with a $4 CAD return fee*)
• ‘Final Sale’ or ‘Clearance’ items
• shipping fees
• custom cut supplies. (ie: wire ordered by length) (exceptions may be granted with a 20% restock fee*)
• orders shipped via USPS/FedEx (ChitChats/DYK Post) See FAQ #5
• orders with free shipping (exceptions may be granted with a 30% restock fee*)
• bulk qty orders
• custom design fees or deposits
• digital downloads

*Must contact me first! Returns with restocking fees will not be granted where prohibited by law.

❉ Contact for instructions to return/exchange eligible items (see FAQ #3). If order was shipped DYKPost/ChitChats see FAQ #5.

❉ Buyer pays return shipping & assumes responsibility for successful delivery of return. (Tracking is recommended)

❉ Original shipping will not be refunded (unless required by law).

❉ Refunds/exchanges will only be made once item has been received by Wire Expressions and inspected to be in the SAME condition it was shipped in.

❉ Refunds are issued in CAD $ to original payment method (less original shipping & any restocking fees).

❉ DAMAGED ITEMS - Replacements will be made after receiving good quality photos of BOTH the damaged product AND the packaging (Please hang onto the item as it may be requested back).

DYK Post/ChitsChats are couriers used to ship orders via USPS or Fed-Ex to the USA. They enter the USA faster than Canada Post.

❉ Tracking may take 1-2 biz days to update to allow for transport across US the border.

❉ Applicable US Customs Fees/Tariffs still apply.

❉ RETURNS - MUST contact me for correct return address!
**IMPORTANT** Orders sent DYK Post/ChitChats (USPS or FedEx), that are Refused, Return to Sender (RTS), Undeliverable or Returned to the USA Return Address on the package for ANY reason will NOT be refunded as they cannot come back to Canada.

**IF the package can be retrieved, I may consider a return (see FAQs 3 & 4) with a $35 CAD restock fee. Make sure your address is correct! Contact me to get correct return address.

• ALL items shipped to the USA must have duty pre-paid

• The shipping amount includes estimated duties & fees (35-50% of the item value)

• Breakdown of US Shipping:
- Usual Postage (Includes postage, packaging, insurance, gas & Etsy fees paid on this total)
- Duty/Tariffs (Includes estimated 35-50% tariff (item dependent), customs processing & broker fees, and Etsy fees paid on this total)

• Most orders will ship by Chit Chats/DYK Post (See FAQ #5)

• This shop reserves the right to request additional money or cancel orders if the duty portion of the shipping paid is inadequate to cover fees
• If the duty portion paid by customer has an excess of >$5 CAD a refund will be issued

❉ Oops, a name was spelled wrong.
If I spelled it wrong, I will ship a new name with big apologies! If you provided a mis-spelled name, you can re-purchase the name portion. Please double check spelling!

*Note: due to chain cost, only the name on ‘Name Necklaces’ will be remade. I will provide instructions to swap name.

❉ Why does more letters cost more?
Longer names use more materials & take more time to be made right first try. With my price formula buyers only pay the highest price when needed, vs ALL the time.

❉ Your names are all lowercase, can I get uppercase?
The FIRST letter can be capitalized, must state 'Capitalize first letter' in the personalize box. Otherwise, my style is all lowercase ;). I cannot make special characters.

❉ If this happens, I will message via Etsy Convo’s and/or email.

• If a bead/wire color is missing, I may make the choice for you.
I will contact you once, stating the color I will use & when I will make the order. If you do not respond by that date, I will make the choice for you. It will ship within stated processing time. No refunds or credits will be issued if you are unhappy with the choice made.

• If I require a name or specific information that I cannot choose for you, I will attempt to contact you three times. Shipping may be delayed beyond the stated processing time. If I do not receive a response, your order will be canceled & refunded in full.

❉ My name is Kristi. I have been bending wire for over 20 years. What I make is an expression of my creativity, when you purchase Wire Expressions from me, it then becomes an expression as you wear it, use it or give it away.

Each item is handmade without a jig therefore slight variations in size or shape may occur from one similar piece to another. Tool marks may be slightly visible on some pieces. This is not considered a defect.
