Handmade Treasures & Vintage Curios.

I have been sewing for as long as I can remember, coming as I do from a family where all the women sew, knit or craft as a matter of genetics!

After making some mini totes for friends and then larger ones for my own use whilst at university (I was forever lugging books back and forth to the library - still do!) I decided to try my hand at selling my little wares online.

I had an instant affinity with Etsy and love the global village feel of the community here. It's somewhere welcoming and positive and I adore being among other crafters, artists and lovers of vintage whilst we all try to mint pennies out of our collective passions.

Since then my little endeavour has grown to include not only handmade bags and purses, but framed button art, pressed wildflowers, peter-pan collars, retro wired headbands, geometric wooden jewellery, pom pom garlands and knitted babywear. Add to that the vintage curios that I source locally here in Wales, and my own corner of Etsy really is a Wonderland of everything that I hold dear.

Payment

* I accept payment via PayPal, Credit card, Debit card and Etsy gift cards. I will also consider cheques as well as putting items on lay-away; just contact me via convos to discuss.

* Payment is expected immediately, though if there are any problems with this then please feel free to contact me prior to making your purchase and I'll be happy to work with you.

* Any import duties, taxes and/or customfees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

* If payment is not completed within 3 days of the order being placed, then the item(s) will be re-listed and the order cancelled.

Shipping

* I ship both domestically and internationally with no current exclusions.

* I ship all orders via Royal Mail or Hermes (occasionally other couriers for bulky items that are being sent internationally) and always obtain proof of postage.

* I use regular shipping services both domestically and internationally, but please feel free to ask should you want a faster and/or trackable and/or insured service instead; and I will be happy to adjust any shipping prices for you.

* Once your payment has cleared, if you are buying a ready-made item then I aim to package and process the order within 1-3 business days.

* If you are buying a custom-made piece, then I will keep you informed as to the expected shipping date.

* I ship to your Etsy address unless otherwise instructed to do so by yourself - either by convo, or via the notes to seller section at checkout.

* Delivery time will obviously vary depending on where you live, the day of posting and whether you are buying a ready-made, or custom-made item. I aim to keep in touch with you throughout the whole process so that if any problems occur at either end, we can hopefully solve them quickly and easily.

* I love to undertake custom orders, so if you have something in mind that you don't see already listed in my store, then please feel free to convo me or email me directly to discuss that special item that you envision.

* If you'd like one of my exisitng designs or sold items but in a different fabric or with alternative embellishments etc, then again please feel free to contact me as I'm always more than happy to help.

* If you are buying my items as a gift for someone else and have any special instructions with regards to shipping/wrapping/personalised notes etc., then please either convo me beforehand or let me know your requirements in the notes to seller section at checkout.

* If you have any questions, queries or general thoughts at all regarding anything you see here at Wonderland Boutique, then please just stop by for a convo - I'm always happy to chat.
